Jun has worked in investment banking, asset management and alternative investment management businesses for over 40 years. He was a partner of PAG and was chairman of PAG Japan from 2009 to 2019. Before joining PAG, he served as the CEO of Shinsei Investment Management and played a significant role in incubating BlueBay Asset Management, a very successful fixed income asset manager based in London, where he served as a founding board member.

Jun received a BA in Economics from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chairman of Wharton Club of Japan, on the Asia Executive Board of the Wharton School and served as a Japan Investment Advisers Association board member in 2004.
